A few questions, answered.
What does the stay estimate include?
The calculator includes estimated rent, the current 11% transient-tax planning assumption and the current Association transfer-fee estimate for the selected stay length. Any additional Association screening fee or Association-required security deposit, if applicable, is confirmed separately before booking.
How long is the minimum stay?
Gaudete Homes currently offers seasonal stays with a 3-month minimum. Terrace VI permits leases of 30 days or more; our seasonal rental policy is intentionally more selective. The entire residence is leased as one unit, and subleasing or assignment by a tenant is not permitted.
Is pickleball included?
Your stay includes access to the social amenities associated with this residence, including pickleball. Guest access procedures are provided before arrival.
Is golf included?
No. Golf access is not included with the Ave Maria Residence.
Can I bring a pet?
No. Terrace VI’s recorded Declaration does not permit tenants to keep pets, and Gaudete Homes maintains a no-pets policy, subject to applicable law.
